We are happy to provide, amend or remove on request any information we store about you or your company to an authorised person. An Authorised person means either the individual concerned; a director of a limited company; or a proprietor of a business. We may require verification of your position and/or ask you to confirm your identity. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
