At 20:00 on the 04/01/2021 The Prime Minister advised the nation we are to go into a National Lockdown again in efforts to slow the spread of Covid-19. This sadly means we will be closing our retail store again inline with government guidelines, we aren’t sure on the exact date we will be able to reopen the store but will let you all know as soon as we do.
We will be offering repair work by appointment only, you can book jobs in by using our online form, email or phone, please note this will not be same day drop off and turn around times will be longer than our usual terms.
Remote and email support will still be available for our maintenance customers between 08:30 – 17:00 Mon-Fri, phone support will be available between 10:00 – 16:00 the same as last lockdown.
Onsite visits for maintenance customers will be for emergencies only.
We would like to thank all our customers for your support over the last 12 months between lockdowns and we look forward to seeing you again once this one is over.
